Apart from any other diseases. A good mental health always plays a vital role in a healthy well-bing lifestyle. It doesn’t matter how good is your physique. If you are not good at your mental health it may increase your anxiety and frustration.
So, here we are to again restore your mental health in 14 days. obviously we can’t fix all that in this much short time but yeh i can say that it will be effective for you.

DAY-1
At the very first day i would suggest you to do a simple breathing exercise. It will start a rhythm to continue the mental peace. There are multiple type of breathing exercises. obviously you can do whichever you likes to do but must do. Focusing on your breath will give you mental peace. It will connect your body from inner you.
DAY-2
Try to Catch up with your friends and spend some time with them. Meeting with friends opens you up for new things. obviously it will push you forward to think outside besides from your day to day life. Schedule something fun with them and try to spend some quality time.
DAY-3
Donate something which you don’t use. you may not have use of that but that can be very useful for someone. Anything you want you can donate it will make you feel really good.
DAY-4
Do some yoga Duration of yoga depends on your schedule but make it minimum of 30 minutes at least.
DAY-5
Plan a healthy meal and consume that. Plan about the little things about the meal it will make you think and focus on little things which you are habituated of.
DAY-6
Listen to your favorite singer and music. Our past is the proof of how impactful the music actually is in reviving the mental health. Music have the power to turn your thinking from negative to positive in matter of seconds.
DAY-7
Read Books for at least 30 minutes. You can build a habit to read books trust me you will never be distracted in your life again.
DAY-8
Go For a walk. walking can also be very refreshing. A short walk in morning can improve your whole day workflow.
DAY-9
Do Some meditation because it increases the peace inside your mind. There are multiple videos on you tube where you can easily learn how to do meditation.
DAY-10
Practice Your Favorite hobby for sometime. Today in the hectic lifestyle we barley focus on our interests. which is very wrong thing. Instead of focusing on ourself we are focusing on others.
DAY-11
Go to bed 30 Minutes earlier. Avoid using mobile phones right before sleeping.
DAY-12
Facetime with your family. Having some facetime with your family always gives a different prospective to your life.
DAY-13
Plan and Do something outside. That may can be games or whatever you want. Doing something right under the sky can release your stress drastically.
DAY-14
Write Down something good happened with you in these past 14 days and try to continue whenever you feel exhausted from your day to day life.
